The Bromeliad Society of
                  Greater Chicago Title Splash

Welcome to our pages!

We are a small group of BROMELIAD lovers!!!

During the summer months we usually meet every month at the Chicago Botanic Garden We meet the second Sunday of that month from 2 PM to 4 PM, where we share our triumphs and failures on raising plants that are indigenous to a tropical climate.  Come join us and learn about these fascinating plants whose color, brilliance and longevity make them an ideal plant for decorating your home or office.

If meeting attendance picks up, we may increase the number of times we meet.

Come one, come all!
Look what's happening with the Bromeliad Society!  We're having our annual plant show and sale earlier this year!  Come see us at the Botanic Garden in Glencoe.  May 27-28, 2017 in the Burnstein Hall from 10 am to 4:30 pm.  Our good friends the Northshore Iris and Daylily Society is sharing the room with us. More plants to see and purchase!

Our next meeting will be on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Lakeside Room at the
Botanic Garden.

Here, you can find a copy of our most recent newsletters, inquire about membership, talk about bromeliads, check out meeting information, or link to a variety of different bromeliad web sites. If there are any questions about the web site or bromeliads in general, don't hesitate to email me.
